I used the "Get My Payment" tool on the IRS website and it shows my payment to have been direct deposited into my account today. I filed with Turbo Tax and got their debit card, but my stimulus payment DID NOT go in to my account! My account info on the IRS tool shows the last four numbers of my social as my account number?? What does this mean?? So the answer to your questions is NO IT WILL NOT GO ON YOUR TURBO TAX DEBIT CARD!!! I will never use Turbo Tax again!!!
