After you file

Santa Barbara bank uses your social security number as a way to track you. So what happens in the event of an advance is they give the IRS an account number that includes your social security number for deposit. The IRS then deposits that advance to Santa Barbara bank and they give you any remaining difference.

Those of you with the last four digits as the account number will probably have to wait for Santa Barbara bank to refund the amount back to your card.
