Are you using desktop software (CD/download) and couldn't efile the Fed and state? And are you referring to the state efile fee of 24.99? If so, we can tell you how to reach Support.
Or are you using Online TurboTax? There is no efile fee in Online TurboTax. The fees in Online TurboTax are for return preparation, whether efiled or mailed. Efiling is free.
