If you filed a tax return and used direct deposit or direct debit as the payment method, then your bank information has been provided to the IRS.
If you used Intuit's stimulus payment registration app, then your bank information was provided to the IRS.
If you haven't done either of those things, you can use the IRS link to provide your bank information to the IRS. It isn't active yet, but should be soon.
