Thank you Regina for your help. But I need to quickly make sure that we are on the same page. Okay, the card is a Green Dot debit card account recently set up. I set the card up on their site not Turbo Tax. The rounting and account number is under Green Dot Bank. so, is this the same as The Turbo tax debit card? and the contact info for reporting fraud is that Turbo or the IRS.
