Our 2018 Federal tax return was approved by the IRS when submitted online, yet we have not received the refund yet. The IRS says that I need to verity the filing date, check with the tax software and verify that I received acknowledgement that the return was sent electronically. I received the acknowledgement from Turbo Tax that the return was approved. What can I do so that the IRS processes our refund?
