Fraud since day 1.. they lied to me about approval.. kept telling me it was coming..that the only reason I used their card n not my bank account .. messed up my state and now my stimulus.. I did not get any fees taking out and never got an advanced yall messed up n tried to cover it up... I did my taxes with them last and this year. Along with 6 other peoples taxes in my family and 2 friends.. I received it on the turbo card this year only because when I started them they said i was eligible for a 2000 early refund.. i needed it because my 18 year old son passed away and i had to pay for the funeral and luncheon. It would not let me use my account. My federal was rejected for something. I dont remember what I fixed it right away resent.. called 2 days 3 days and the day of the funeral.. was told it would be there.. never received it .. called the following Monday after grieving n just laying bed person says oh theres a 3rd party that has to approve u after we approve you... them why did it say j was approved and receiving it.. ok federal came through a couple weeks later and I was able to get my sons ashes.. I was so mad at turbo tax... next.. everybody was getting their state.. it said It should be deposited 3/5 it never was finally a papercheck 3 weeks later with an explanation that nj didnt recognize the account as mine or it was an international account.. so I'm guessing again that because of turbo taxes lies and mistakes irs will reject the turbo tax card like state did n I'm gonna have to wait.. because my life has been a nightmare since January.. I will never use turbo tax again, my child's funeral broke me and had you not had lied to me my account would have been on their n I'd have the money to pay my bills.. instead I have to wait a couple weeks for a paper check.. km gonna be pissed and use all my resources across every thread to get across to America not to use this service ever again.
