I used the turbo card and wondered the same thing. I called turbo tax and was told that the IRS WILL NOT deposit onto prepaid cards. If you used the turbo debit card for your refund, you'll have to go to https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments and click on the "get my payment" button and update your direct deposit information. This tool is not yet available (grayed out) but will be available in the next few days. Just keep checking it. I was also told this shouldn't delay the payment, and should be deposited very soon after the DD info is updated.
