You people could just use a bank account or an actual bank or stop getting new cards every year. Self responsibility is key here.
Its not really TT fault you failed to read the TOS regarding fees and payments.
you can go the IRS site to add your bank account. Your failure to plan is your fault, H&R does the same thing.
