No it is not the same thing. Santa Barbara is something completely separate than the actual Green Dot Bank. SBTPG takes fees for TURBO TAX which then releases remaining funds to be sent to the actual routing and checking accnt number that is attached to GREEN DOT BANK. They are NOT the same.
