Yes. Ive been on this site daily wondering the same. I just recieved a email stating my stimulus was received and will be available on the15th. I did not have fees taken out though. People that did will have to update their direct deposit info on the 17th through the irs portal and yes you can use a greendot card as your direct deposit info.
