Reportedly those with Social Security (regular or SSDI, *not* SSI) or railroad retirement who didn't file for either 2018 or 2019 will get the stimulus by direct deposit right after the filers, reportedly within the next week to 10 days. No one has said specifically about Direct Express cards, but if that's where you get your SS/RRB check it should go there automatically if you're a non-filer.
