I have a debit card and have paid money on my card account. It is absolutely **bleep**ing ridiculous that when I call to have this question answered, a question which apparently many others have, that I am told I need to pay a **bleep**ing fee to speak with a live "Professional". The bot doesn't want to answer/recognize my question. I have literally paid you money for using this card, and you wont let me ask a simple question about you stupid product unless I pay a fee to get help with it? What the actual **bleep**. Is this legal?
