I faxed the requested forms March 3rd and still haven't gotten an update or a refund. My status has remained the same on where's my refund since February: "Your refund is still being processed." Now, I am unable to speak with anyone at the IRS. I have left several messages with my state tax advocates and gotten no response. As well as faxed a form to the advocates. I am beyond frustrated. I have never had any issues with the IRS until this year. At this point, I think I may get my stimulus refund before my tax refund.
Can anyone help?? Will we ever be able to talk to someone at the IRS??
