You can't blame TurboTax for this; it's the IRS that's issuing the stimulus payments, and they're giving few details if any. If you don't have yours it's more likely that the IRS just hasn't gotten to it yet, or else used wherever your 2018 refund went because they haven't finished processing your 2019 refund yet (like mine).
