Who the hell is that? Most of that post was horrible English and made no sense. It clearly says on several websites including Santa Barbara and the US department of Treasury that if you had fees taken out or got the loan that you're getting a check. Santa Barbara Bank said they are not dealing with any stimulus payments that were sent to them and that we are all getting a check if we had our fees taking out by them meaning Santa Barbara Bank. Santa Barbara Bank has a whole thing on their front page saying they are not dealing with any stimulus payments and they are not forwarding any stimulus payments. The reason for that is that they could not take a small fee out to process it so they said f*** everyone. That was on 4/10 that they posted that
