I have a TurboTax Visa card I had my fees taken out by Santa Barbara Bank but I can still load money onto my TurboTax card and the account and routing number from my tax return on page two matches the account routing number on my TurboTax card on the website. I don't think it matters though If you had fees taken out you're getting a paper check.
