- So they would have to be sent out ahead of time being the 13th, this would be due to the fact that financial institutions need time to process DD, kindo of like an employer who sends payroll out wed and you receive Friday, yes i filed with turbo tax no i have not received it turbo tax already confirmed it would be going to our cards i keep posting the picture but it wont show so i will get the link ASAP
