I'm sorry to inform you that I DO KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. A Walmart Green dot is different. The bank that oversees the refund fees and advancements is called Santa Barbara bank TPG!!!! It is an entirely different entity than the Green Dot card you have. They were the ones facilitating the refund advance/loan. They were a third party to TurboTax. It ok though if you doubt me but that little thing in you hand is not just a phone so twittle your little thumbs and look up the bank I'm talking about. It's all there on their front page. You're dismissed!!!
