It doesn't matter. The bank the issues these cards is a subsidiary of green dot. The Santa Barbara bank said on their website that the IRS stimulus WONT be direct deposited on these cards. Anyone who has one will have a paper check sent to them. I think TurboTax needs to find a way to have this changed as it isn't fair.
