The IRS does not have access to your state filing information. Your state direct deposit information will not be used by the IRS.
You will need to wait for the Treasury to set up the web portal for you to enter the banking information. If you did not have a refund with Direct Deposit, the IRS does not have your banking information.
"In the coming weeks, Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail."

I am in the exact same position! I don't know what to do because the only place I can enter my bank information is for non-filers and it explicitly states to NOT enter my information there if I have filed...what can I do?!
If I do the "Get My Payment" option, my adjusted gross income was negative, so I cannot enter the information correctly on the form. Also, my refund was $0 and I think one or both of these is messing up the processing of my information because I get a technical error.
I am a full-time student who is a non-dependent and paying for school and living expenses on my own through my savings.

Try this link. Try the link once a day until it does what you need, but no more than once a day; it will lock you out. The portal updates daily and right now does not cover all situations but eventually it will.
