Does your state e-file status show that it has been accepted? If it does you can track the status of your state return by following the directions in the following TurboTax FAQ:

It may also be possible your State return was not completed and filed. If that is the case, please see these directions: How do I e-file my state after I already filed my federal?
Note:When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
