I completed my 2019 taxes but haven't sent them yet.
I just took advantage of No RMD needed this year so I want to amend my return to reduce the 2020 estimated income by the RMD amount.
I must pay quarterly estimated taxes and if I don't amend my file, my quarterly payments will be much too high.
