It depends on what account is on file with the IRS and whether your situation results in getting the stimulus payment.
If the taxpayer has direct deposit information on file, then the stimulus payment will arrive sooner than if the account is a debit card or the check is typically mailed.
We are still waiting for IRS guidance regarding updating or providing direct deposit information for the stimulus payments and how they will be distributed to these type of accounts.
