If this is the case, I will definitely be part of the coming class action against TurboTax. The card has been a disappointment already with fees and unavailable or poor customer service. Many people need this payment. If TurboTax does not do anything to assist their paying customers , they deserve all the legal action and bad press coming their way.
people are going to suffer because they PAID for your service. This needs honest and immediate attention.
