Just to the right of your comment click the small blue 3-dot icon, and then in the dropdown menu choose EDIT. I've also flagged it for a Moderator to be sure it's removed.
The support for the Turbo Visa Debit Card is provided by the company that handles that product.
You didn't say why you wanted a new card. If it was lost, stolen, or never received, you can use the method below:
Phone the Card's customer support at (888) 285-4169. The automated system will ask for the 16-digit account number (if you know it). If you don't, it will ask for your SSN, but don't enter it. Keep listening.
One of the choices is "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received." If that's your situation, then choose that. On the next menu listen to all the choices, then choose the one for your situation.
Or if the Card was lost or stolen, and if you had set up an account at the Turbo Visa Debit Card's website, you can log in there to report it lost/stolen. See this:
