I had my tax refund deposited into my turbo tax debit card this year so I can get the advance refund loan. And I'm also one of those first wave that should receive the stimulus payment yesterday (04/09/2020) but haven't seen nothing deposited into the account yet. I'll keep you guys posted once it do. Then, We will know the answer to that. ☺️
