I had fees withheld but if you look on your return and had rest into a checking account that account should be listed on your return. So that is where it will go. That is the info that irs has not to a third party. If you used their card and did not provide an account then that is more than likely where it will go to the account number on those cards are not usually the number on the front of the card.
