This is mainly a user community forum.  The Turbo Visa Debit Card is handled by that card company, not TurboTax Support.

 

If you previously have signed up for online access to your card at the Turbo Visa Debit Card website, see this method to report a card as lost:

Otherwise, you can try this to report your lost Turbo Visa Debit Card:

Phone their customer support at  (888) 285-4169.   The automated system will ask for the 16-digit account number (if you know it).   If you don't, it will ask for your SSN, but don't enter it.  Keep listening.

One of the choices is "to report a card as lost, stolen, or never received."  Choose that.

On the next menu listen to all the choices, then choose the one for "lost".
