I hadn't filed my fedral taxes in 5 years but as of last week I completed all 5 years none of which did I owe. I know I only will get a refund for the last 3 years. I had to mail in all 5 years paper file and on a couple my ex claimed my son when she wasnt supposed to. So I also sent the proof by sending our divorce decree showing the IRS I'm the one to claim him. Since there will obviously be an investigation done before I will be granted my refund how am I to make sure I'm to get my stimulus check due to however long it takes before the irs accepts my 2015- 2019 taxes ?
