I am having the same problem with trying to reach a person for assistance! Automated system is telling me there is a block on the card, but there is no information provided on how to get the block off! I keep getting caught up in an endless loop of call the number on the back of the card, which it only gives the same one I called in the first place. When I get through to try to speak to someone in the fraud department, the hold is hours long and I never get to speak to anyone. I also finally sent an email to the fraud department and hope I get a response within the 48 hours they promise. I had the initial card replaced and the same thing happened! Absolutely poor service!! First and last time I will ever get a turbo card for a tax return!
