I have the same issue, it was set up to be withdrawn from my tax refund. I have not received my tax return yet because turbo tax dropped the ball, and i had to refile by mail, and have to wait up to 6 weeks to get my taxes corrected, and returned to me from the IRS. So why are people being charged for services not yet rendered?
