After you file
The IRS states that they will issue the stimulus money with the banking information that is on file with a 2019 return (or 2018 return if no 2019 return was filed.) If you card is still active, I would assume the IRS will use the routing & account number for your card.
If you banking information is incorrect or missing:
What if my direct deposit information has changed or I want to add it for the first time?
On March 30, the I.R.S. said on its website that it would build a portal where people can update their information “in the coming weeks.”
