After you file
You asked: "I am unable to clear/reset filing. Is there anyway to change the info?"
Have you actually filed a return--efiled or mailed?
If you haven't actually filed, but if you have already registered in Free Edition, you cannot "clear and start over". You can go back to any topic and change/edit anything, however, prior to filing. You just can't start over from scratch.

See my next comment below about the other free TurboTax product you might be able to use, which would require starting over.
Or if you need help correcting something in the return you've already prepared, then start a thread in this forum
explaining the issue, and someone may be able to assist you in entering
the correct information into your product.
