I applied for a turbo tax card when I filed my taxes with TurboTax and never received the card. I called the customer service number and was never able to speak to a live person because I choose the free package and the automotive voice recording said I had to upgrade my package in order to speak with someone. I did my return at the end of January and still to this day have not received my turbo card. My refund ended up getting an off set from the government education people so I never got my refund either . I would of still liked to have received the card I ordered because now they are sending out those stimulus check and they are saying however u received your tax refund is how you will receive the stimulus check. If it set up for direct deposit through a bank account you are supposed to receive the check faster. Now in in the middle of trying to get ahold of the ITS to have them direct deposit it to another card. Thanks to turbo tax not sending me the card I ordered.
