If the DD information is no longer valid then the IRS will mail a check to the address on the last filed return. If that is incorrect then mail in a form 8822 now to update your address with the IRS ... they will NOT mail out any notices before they mail out the checks.
(Can you imagine the logistical nightmare that would be ... mailing out and waiting for a response from 200+ million people BEFORE sending out the checks AND doing this all in 3 - 4 weeks ???)
