In previous as well as this year, I get the program in Dec to preplan and file early. I also have to access previous year's returns to verify things. Multiple times I had to wait for updates on those previously filed returns, including this year's. What happens if my filed return is now wrong? Will the IRS fine me. Are you saying I have to periodically check for updates and file an amended return after every one?
