Turbo tax prepared my refund for 2019. I contacted IRS and they informed me that my refund was deposited into my account on Feb. 12, 2020. It has not showed the deposit as of this date. Can you correct my banking information so I can get the refund of $266.00 since you prepared my information for deposit.
