After you file
On 3-25 we completed filing. I asked that our refund be sent directly to our Bank Account ([social security number removed] and [phone number removed]). I received directions to enter the eight digit code that was sent to my cell phone. I waited for almost two hours and had received no such code. I had to leave my computer. When I returned several hours I had received a code (Removed]. By that time my login had been cancelled. When I attempted to log back in I was instructed to enter a six digit code, but I had either lost or forgot or never received such a code. What do I do to get my refund sent to my bank?
