Finally got my letter and they wanted all the proof for eic child tax and hoh! I faxed everything in the only thing I had issue with was with hoh which bc I rent from my sister but she didn’t want to write anything up about me paying rent bc it could affect her insurance on her property! So I wrote and signed in front of a notary saying I rent from my family and my child’s father payed half the bills thay we lived as room mates and that we have not been in a relationship in 10 years I wrote out how much each bill as and how much he paid
towards each one thay he pays half
the kids expenses and he has lived with them all year and now that he moved out last month the girls know live with him m-f so basically both me and him signed our agreements in front of a notary in hopes they would be enough if not then we will have to amend it to filing single I guess ! But we got the school and medical records and birth certificates etc showing he shared the address all year with them and that he pod half the expenses so that was like two weeks ago when we faxed it maybe 3 weeks ! Still heard nothing back from advocate or irs so freaking out rn bc this money is the only way we will survive being out of work
