What Happened: REJ001 - This state return was rejected because the federal taxing authority has not yet accepted or has rejected the federal return.

In TurboTax:
Description of error: The state return was rejected because the federal taxing authority has not yet accepted or has rejected the federal return.
What needs to be done: Correct the errors in the federal return then re-file these returns for E-File after the federal return is accepted.
(but the federal return is marked Accepted so correction is not possible.)
