Hello,
So, I've already tracked my refund no info. Pretty sure I'm under normal circumstances. I called the IRS and followed steps I was given to get a person but there was 1 step missing and which to the best of my ability I just pressed whatever I needed to press that I thought would get me a person.
however when I expected to be on hold instead the machine hung up on me because of something like "due to high demand pls hang up and try again."
Sooo... if anyone has gotten a person with irs on the phone pls tell me.
