After you file
I've had the exact same problem here. Attempts to adjust the AGI, sign in and out of the program, etc., haven't helped. Repeated phone calls to TurboTax have resulted in hours of time on the phone while one Agent marks your issue "resolved" when it is NOT, and another claims to not be able to help and asks you to call in and possibly get help from another Agent. We've used TurboTax for some years, but maybe it's time for a change.
