I have been checking my refund status every week and it went from "Accepted" to "Processing" to "We are still processing your refund a refund date will be provided when available" to "We cannot provide any information about your refund." I am so confused as to what is going on with my refund the IRS site tells me to check with my check with your tax preparer or tax software provider intuit tells me the IRS accepted and they should have it. Did they loose my E-File is that even possible. tried calling the IRS and I get an automated system that tells me to call back later. any insight on this would be great.
