@chariewilliams1025 Once the IRS approves your refund, they will give you a direct deposit date. Check Where's My Refund? to see your direct deposit date. The funds may appear in your account on that date or it may take a few days to post in your account; it will depend on your financial institution.

Also, many financial institutions do not process payments on weekends or holidays, which can affect when refunds reach taxpayers. "
