when trying to efile I receive this message ....."Your transmission didn't go through We could not e-file your return for the following reason: Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets." Spoke with a rep named Nessi on Feb 16, 2020 assigned case #[social security number removed] Stated that Turbotax would follow up with us. Have not been contacted as of today.
