After you file

Have used turbo tax for years but this year maybe my last with turbo tax.  I was accepted on 1/30 2 weeks later saw still processing tax topic 152.  IRS said a week ago that turbo tax did not transmit my return so now it has been sent to errors department and will take 8 weeks to process or longer.  So end of March will be my 8 weeks.  Have not received my state either.  Then I get an email from turobo tax saying they are going to debit $190 out of my account t.  Called turbo tax specialist and she said she was going to extend that debit date and I should see an email but guess what???  No email from where it was extended just an email stating that the case was closed!!!!  So I am pusses and want a refu d from turbo tax.  I should not have to pay for a service that I did not receive.  I may even have to mail in my taxes if it does not get corrected!!!!!
