When I spoke with an IRS representative yesterday morning, they said the 6 to 8 weeks processing time would include the amount of time I have already waited. In my case, my tax return was accepted by the IRS on 2-2-20, so I shouldn't have to wait long. The TurboTax person who helped me, said there was a slight glitch in their system that did not specifically ask for 1095-A information. He showed me how to fix it in no time.
