I'm amending my 2017 returns, and NYS requires online filing.
However, when trying to file, TT Premier 2017 says "The Intuit Electronic Filing Center is closed for the 2017 Personal Income Tax filing season. October 20, 2018 was the last day to file returns electronically - Pease file your return(s) through the mail." There appear to be no more instructions, and the TT filing instructions indicate (erroneously, I presume) that my NYS return was filed electronically.
Should I be doing anything other than mailing the IT-201-X and documents to:
