@kelliknightlender You should not be amending your return, unless the IRS instructed you too. You would print the Form 8962, next, find your Form 1095-A. This won't be in TurboTax. You should have received a paper form in the mail from your marketplace. If you didn't receive a Form 1095-A, sign in to your Healthcare.gov account to download a copy.
You would want to follow the instructions in the link MichelleLO posted above: The IRS is requesting Form 8962 for 2019 Click on the version that applies to you, Online or the Download version.
